What is missing is the notion our founders had that citizens must also be able to protect themselves from their government. IMHO it's food for thought. Do we have a conflict with the Federal government brewing? This would have to be more than the current militia movements I would think. It may also be overblown and misunderstood, but if it is true, that the Repbulicrats want us disarmed, are they afraid of widespread grass roots rebellion developing in the future?
